The Swiss Network for Dementia Research is an association that was established by Dementia Research Switzerland - Synapsis Foundation in October 2023. The foundation of the network is based on the conviction that pooling existing resources and promoting knowledge exchange between different disciplines will bring new inspiration to dementia research and advance the field.

Our mission is to establish unparalleled relationships, close collaboration, and efficient information exchange between academic and clinical institutions, researchers, and all relevant stakeholders to boost dementia research.

Heide manages the day-to-day operations and is responsible for setting up and expanding the network. She has a wealth of experience in the field of research coordination and is passionate about connecting people. Her broad network in dementia research is an absolute kick-starter for our association.
